For those ladies that work closer to Downtown than I do this seems like a good lunch time idea!
I haven’t tried it out yet, but I have an appointment for a massage after work next week!
Last night my friend told me about this website called LOVE IS ART.
You can buy a kit where you roll a piece of canvas out and get intimate with your partner, then step back and enjoy your form work, and hang it for all to see.
Since I’m single I joked I would do a collection of these to hang on my walls, and I’ll rate them based on the abstractness of the picture.

I wish I could have seen the final flyover, guess I’ll need to make a trip to DC to see it in the museum.
BASSNECTAR.
Please see previous post for relevance.
My night will look like this.
Bassnectar is back in town….I’m too old to be listening to this music, but what I really enjoy about going is the people watching. Kids are crazy these days :)
Off the Grid—April so far
Oh I have a blog, I must have forgotten! Here are some excuses reasons and what I’ve been doing lately (because you all care SO much)
1. I’m an Accountant (well that’s what my title says and I do input journal entries) and the first 5 business days are used to finalize financials for the previous month, and since it was a Quarter close, there are even more journal entries to do…joy!
2. Tumblr doesn’t show up properly on my work computer and I can’t see when anyone likes someone else’s or read other people’s comments, I don’t really know what’s going on there.
3. I contemplated saying goodbye to the blog. When I first started it was like a woe is me, I’m single, and I can’t find a guy that likes me, me and my low self esteem. That poor girl she isn’t me, well I still have my lack of self esteem moments, and I’m still single (in case you are interested), but I’m in a better place. I guess I felt like the blog was a crutch, hoping the blogosphere would like me because at the time I didn’t like myself. Working out has made a huge impact on all of these things, that’s why I talk about it so much, I apologize for that, and I try not too.
Updates….what have I been doing….
1. 2 weeks ago I went to Vegas for a bachelorette party, and the week leading up to it decided no work outs were necessary and drank every night, and then went on a nice bender. Vegas was awesome, there was some drama, but that comes with the territory of 7 girls all together. I don’t go to Vegas to gamble, I go to binge drink, but this time I did learn how to place a sports bet (thank you KU for the win) and how to not be intimidating and play blackjack (thank you $5 tables at Bills Wild Saloon) I love you Vegas!
2. Last week was my “busy” time, so not much was done, but I was told that on Saturday that I would be helping my friend go wedding dress shopping in Weston, MO, her mom couldn’t come and felt bad and got us 3 girls a hotel. Turns out it was all a ruse, my friends threw me a surprise b-day party!!!! If you’ve never been to Weston…GO…especially for a weekend get away. O’Malleys Irish Pub is as awesome as you’ve been told, and the Downtown is so cute and quaint. It feels good to be appreciated, especially when sometimes you feel like you give (sometimes too much) and don’t get enough back.
3. Today I am trying to decide if I should take a half day off and join my soon to be married friend, for the Boulevard Brewery Tour. I think that’s a no-brain er :)
GPOYW. 2012 St. Louis Mardi Gras edition (I’m on the far right)
And why yes my friend is wearing a Christmas drinking glove because that’s what you do.
A big thank you to my bff for sharing this picture with me.
I always like to say B*tch Please, so he said when he saw this he thought of me immediately!
