Owner/personal trainer Wilson Thomas at BarNone Training has made vast improvements to my abilities on the baseball field with his knowledge and experience in the gym.

I started with Wilson last off-season and have seen many benefits in my game on the field by improving my strength, speed, agility, and flexibility.

Who wants to work out with me now?  And no I’m sorry you will not see Gordon, I’ve only seen him like 3 times, and that’s when I was leaving or just happen to stick around to talk to Wilson or one of the other instructors.
